How can I change my account password?

1. Login to your existing account on our website.
2. Select Password change, type your existing password and then a new password. Done!

I do not remember my password. Can you give it to me?

To reduce a risk of account thefts, there will be password recoveries by our staff only.
Write an e-mail to our staff at: funzgames@hotmail.com with: your e-mail used for registration, account name, vault password, character list names and your last IP you logged on our server. We will deliver you a temporary password which you can change after that.

My friend which knew the password, entered and stole all my items. Help me.
